Types of Maintenance Services On-demand: We will provide services upon customer request. Charges are calculated by hours of work. Scheduled: We will provide services as specified by the customers with a schedule. The service hours are subtracted from the monthly contract hours. Mixed: Combination of On-Demand and Scheduled services. |
